Insurance Coverage
Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider - we aren’t a party to this contract. Our practice doesn’t render service on the basis that insurance will pay all of our charges. As a courtesy to our patients, we bill the dental insurance provider.
If the company requires a pre-authorization for treatment, we can help. We’ll estimate what your insurance company may pay; however, it is the insurance company that makes the final determination of your eligibility and benefits. As such, you are responsible for fees that aren’t covered by insurance.
Payment Methods
In terms of financial reimbursement for services rendered, Matthew J. Fiorentino DDS & Associates accepts all major credit cards - including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - as well as treatment financing through CareCredit. CareCredit applies finance charges for the use of their service. CareCredit finance charges will be disclosed you and are the responsibility of the patient. You may count on our staff to assist you in working with your insurance company to obtain a pre-estimate prior to treatment.
